Return and Refund Policy

Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

• It must be in the original packaging, including tags, if applicable.

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items are non-returnable, including:

• Custom or personalized jewelry.

• Items on final sale or clearance.

• Gift cards.

Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. The return shipping fee is a fixed rate of 250 PKR per return. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Restocking Fee A restocking fee of 10% will be applied to all returns. This fee is calculated based on the total value of the returned items and will also be deducted from your refund.

Processing Time Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be applied to your original payment method.

Exchange Policy We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@bejouleds.com with proof of damage.
