We offer:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (Flat rate: 150 PKR).

Free shipping is available on orders above 5,000 PKR.

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Custom or final-sale items are non-returnable.
5. Do you charge for returns?
Yes, a return shipping fee of 250 PKR applies and will be deducted from your refund. A 10% restocking fee is also applicable.
6. Can I exchange an item?
